Multistrand cutting lines

Multi-strand cutting line for cutting numerous flat rectangular blanks simultaneously from main coils. In widths of up to 2200 mm, thicknesses of up to 15 mm and speeds of up to 100 m/min.
They can be provided with start-stop cutting systems, flying shears, rotating shears or direct feed. Air cushion, bomb door type, electromagnetic or vacuum stackers. High-precision levellers of four, five and six heights, computer controlled. Edge trimming may be incorporated. Slitters with quick tooling change.
Totally computer-controlled with diagnosis, automatic coil feed and quality control. For carbon steel, exposed and non exposed material, stainless steel, pre-painted steel, aluminium and other metals.
