Automatic Sawing Machine

The FCH-90-M is Bewo's showpiece. This modern machine is supplied as standard with a frequency inverter, quick change jaws, automatic sawing stroke adjustment and Siemens controls. This extraordinarily stable machine is completely vibration-free, increasing saw blade life significantly. In contrast to other machines, an up-stroking cutting stroke is used, with all the advantages of noise reduction, 90% less swarf in the clamping area, which reduces product scratching, and less lubricant vapour. A variety of options can also be supplied, such as a second material stop, digital read-out etc. Like all Bewo automatic sawing machines the FCH-90-M can be installed in-line with the DB-90 deburring machine.
