Laser welding and Cutting

Laser welding and Cutting
CO2-Laser-Robots Robots with integrated CO2-laser beam guidance for processing of 3D-plastic components. The integration of laser beam guidance in the robot arm offers big advantages compared with conventional systems with external laser beam feeding. The particularly compact design provides short beam delivery, a process-safe beam guidance, unlimited freedom of movement, and a good accessibility to the components.

Diode-Laser-Robots
The robots presents an especially efficient solution for laser welding of plastics and opens new possibilities for welding in three dimensions. A big advantage for using this contact-free joining of thermoplastics is the low thermal and mechanical strain to the component parts. High flexibility, wear resistance and precision are the key features of this system.

Nd:YAG-Laser-Robots
Robots with integrated high-capacity solid laser for sheet metal processing. Beam guidance is ensured from a stationary high-capacity Nd:YAG laser via a flexible fiber optic cable into the structure of the robot arm up to the hand axis.
