Butt Welding Machines

Electric buttwelding machines for copper wires starting at 0,04 up to 30 mm dia. or aluminium wires 0,8 to 34 mm dia.

The production program includes conventional resistance pressure buttwelding machines as well as electric dual upset buttwelding machines with automatic deburring cycle and coldwelders (for fine and medium size wire diameters also with deburring device).

Depending on the application the machines are operated manually or there are buttwelding machines offering all movements to be completely hydraulic.

Furthermore there is a wide range of buttwelding machines for a great number of other non-ferrous metals, i.e. brass, bronze, silver, gold, etc.
