The BC-90 is a new generation machine, designed for the production of Bonnel type springs. All moving parts are driven electromechanically and the machine is therefore, operating without any use of compressed air. The concept of the machine does combine the ergonomic requirements of a modern production.
The most common spring shapes can be produced on the BC-90 at a speed of approx. 100 springs per minute
